The Department of Quality Assurance (DQA), is responsible for preventing mistakes or defects in manufactured products and avoiding problems when delivering services to our customers.
QA is applied to physical products in pre-production to verify what will be made meets specifications and requirements, and during manufacturing production runs by validating lot samples meet specified quality controls. QA is also applied to finished products to verify that features and functionality meet business objectives.
We are testing several parameters such us size dimensions, welding of sealing and handles, film strength in machine and cross directions, the capability of a loaded bag to withstand the stresses encountered whilst jogging, determine the loss of print from the surface of plastic films, the opaqueness ,etc. Dart test impact, Opacimeter test, tensile strength MD and CD tests.
Asima strives to achieve;
